Knights of Columbus

Who We Are:



The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic mens fraternal service organization. Reverend Michael J. McGivney founded K of C in 1882 in New Haven, Connecticut. It is named in honor of Christopher Columbus and our organization’s patron is Our Lady of Guadalupe.


Our Commitment:


All Knights of Columbus are dedicated to the common ideals of Columbianism: 
Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.


Our Council:


We are Council #7228.


What We Do:


We provide charitable services, actively defend Catholicism, and promote Catholic education. Saint John Paul II referred to the order as the “strong right arm of the Church” for their support of the Catholic Church.

Time & Training:
Our Council meets twice a month. Men interested in joining the Knights of Columbus Council #7728 are asked to first contact the current Grand Knight.
